Saha: "I wish Ronaldo to score 1,100 goals"

Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has expressed his best wishes to his former teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo, hoping for many more goals from the Portuguese star.

"I wish for him to score a thousand goals, or even 1,100. Cristiano deserves respect. Anyone who follows this sport should want to see this guy achieve his dreams. For kids who aspire to become athletes, he is the greatest source of inspiration there could ever be," Saha said in an interview with Betfred.

The forward for Portugal and Al Nassr scored his 900th goal in a UEFA Nations League match against Croatia, becoming the first footballer in history to reach this milestone.
