Slot comments on Salah's remarks about possible departure from Liverpool

Liverpool's head coach, Arne Slot, has responded to forward Mohamed Salah's comments about a potential departure from the club at the end of the season.

Following Liverpool's 3-0 victory over Manchester United in the third round of the Premier League, the 32-year-old Egyptian player announced that he is in his final year with the Merseyside club.

Mohamed Salah has been with Liverpool since 2017. This season, the winger has scored three goals and provided three assists in three matches for the Reds.

The Egyptian's contract with the English club runs until June 2025. Transfermarkt values the player at €55 million.
