The LFP has called on Mbappé and PSG to resolve the issue of the outstanding salary debt through pre-litigation negotiations

The Professional Football League of France (LFP) has urged forward Kylian Mbappé of Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain to resolve a dispute regarding a debt of €55 million through pre-litigation negotiations, as reported by RMC Sport.

It has previously emerged that the World Cup champion, who joined Real Madrid this summer, is claiming €55 million before taxes from PSG for the last three months of his contract.

Today, the LFP's Legal Committee held a meeting attended by lawyers representing both Mbappé and PSG. The committee called on the parties to amicably settle the issue of the outstanding debt.

Notably, this decision has been welcomed by the Parisian club.
