Ugarte undergoes medical at Manchester United ahead of transfer from PSG
Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte is set to join Manchester United from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), insider Fabrizio Romano reported on social media.
Today, 28 August, the 23-year-old midfielder is undergoing a medical examination in England as the clubs finalise the exchange of documents. The contract will be signed until June 2029, with a transfer fee of €50 million plus €10 million in bonuses.
The Uruguay national team's holding midfielder moved to PSG from Sporting CP in the summer of 2023. During his time with the Parisian club, he made 37 appearances and provided three assists.
