Verstappen Believes FIA's Battle Against Swearing in Formula 1 is Pointless

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has voiced his opinion on the International Automobile Federation's (FIA) efforts to eliminate swearing in Formula 1, calling it senseless.

"I believe people should be able to express their emotions. That's partly what racing is about. This applies to any sport. Take football, for example, where players clash, tackle, and push each other on the field. Someone might get upset, someone else might not like something, and emotions in those situations are normal.

I feel like things have gone too far. All these recent regulations seem ridiculous. Although I don't want to go into too much detail right now, or else I might get summoned to the stewards again," Verstappen told racingnews365.

The Red Bull driver was recently fined for using profanity during a press conference, and the FIA has mandated him to participate in community service activities for the benefit of the federation.
