"We Got Punished," Postecoglou on Tottenham's Defeat to Arsenal
Tottenham's head coach Ange Postecoglou has commented on the team’s 0-1 defeat to Arsenal in the fourth round of the English Premier League (EPL).
"For the most part we controlled the game today, had good territory and possession”.“But we didn't make the most of it and we got punished" journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano quoted the coach on social media.
As a result of the match, Arsenal accumulated ten points, climbing to the second place in the league table. Tottenham, with four points, remains in 13th position.
Mikel Arteta's side will face Manchester City in their next Premier League fixture on 22nd September, while Tottenham will host Brentford a day earlier.
