The bookmakers are already predicting that Northern Ireland finishes at the bottom of their group, which includes Norway, Italy and Ukraine.
Ukraine qualified for this tournament by winning all their qualifying matches. In the last four games they managed to achieve amazing results, including dry wins against Slovakia 4-0, North Macedonia 2-0, Latvia 3-0 and Switzerland 3-0. Ukraine previously faced Northern Ireland only once in 2016 during the Euro qualifying, winning that game easily, 2-0. The Ukrainian coach has already announced his team’s main goal - to qualify for the World Cup.
