Hello I’m really unhappy I deposited a lot and finally won something good. I got the bonus on piggy prize and I can see from the icons I’ve already won over £60 before the bonus has even started. What happens is I get the bonus animation of me winning then the page refreshes over and over again. I’ve tried this on multiple search engines and multiplayer devices . I’ve also cleared cache and history and still it does not work. I can still go onto the game today and press play and it will still load the bonus and then refresh. This is really annoying as it’s my first win and now I must wait for the game provider to get back to u with some answers. I’ve got to wait to get what is rightfully mine. You have already got my money so I’m the only one without at the moment. I think I should be given a good will gesture to say sorry whilst I wait for the outcome. I have proof i won so expect to have a good ammount of funds returned to me by you very soon. Here are the screen shots of my proof. It stills loads the bonus now when I go onto the game . It hasn’t fixed the crash at all. I need these winnings as I have deposited alor and walked away with nothing. This was my first win . Can I be contacted as soon as possible as it has already been 2 days and I have received nothing . You have had my funds and I have not had my services I paid for as the game has broken mid win . I don’t see how this can be fair as I have not had what j paid for .
