Ancelotti: "Barcelona are a very brave team, we must prepare well for the match against them"
Real Madrid's head coach Carlo Ancelotti has shared his thoughts on the upcoming La Liga match against Barcelona.
"Our team is in good shape and motivated. El Clásico matches are competitive and intense, yet they are also spectacular. We want to perform well in front of our fans.
Barcelona are doing very well. In a match like El Clásico, it's difficult to pick a favorite. It depends on the dynamics of the match. It's hard to name a favorite before the game. It’s all about how teams handle pressure and specific moments in the match," Ancelotti told As.
Real and Barcelona will face each other in the 11th round of the Spanish league. The match is scheduled for tomorrow, 26 October, at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid and will kick off at 20:00 BST.
Barcelona top the La Liga table with 27 points, while Real hold second place with 24 points.
