Atletico vs Real Madrid Match Suspended Due to Fan Misconduct
The La Liga 8th round clash between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid has been halted due to the behavior of the home fans.
In the second half, Atletico supporters began throwing objects at Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois. The Belgian shot-stopper alerted the referee, prompting official Mateo Busquets Ferrer to lead both teams off the pitch.
It is worth noting that Real Madrid had taken the lead in the 64th minute through a goal by Eder Militao.
The derby is taking place at the Civitas Metropolitano stadium.
