Bayer snatched victory over Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga in extra time
Bayer defeated Wolfsburg in a productive match of the 4th round of the German Bundesliga — 4:3.
The winners scored goals from Florian Wirz (14th minute), Jonathan Ta (32), Piero Hincapie (49) and Victor Boniface (90+3). Sebastian Bornow (37) and Mattias Svanberg (45+1) scored for Wolfsburg. Another goal was scored by Leverkusen defender Nordi Mukiele (5), who redirected the ball into his own net.
Aspirinovy scored nine points and climbed to second place in the German league table. Wolfsburg dropped to the 13th line, having three points in the asset.
In the next match Bayer will play away with Bayern, and Wolfsburg will host Stuttgart. Both matches will take place on September 28.
