Bayern Munich players discontent with Kompany despite strong season start
Bayern Munich players are reportedly unhappy with certain decisions made by head coach Vincent Kompany, despite the team’s successful start to the season.
According to Goal, the players are displeased with Kompany's practice of announcing the squad for upcoming matches only a day in advance, sending the information via text messages. Additionally, some players are puzzled by his approach to squad rotation, particularly his decision to occasionally bench experienced players.
The 38-year-old Belgian took over at Bayern Munich in May 2024 after leaving English club Burnley.
