Emery: "Aston Villa have the best goalkeeper in the world"
Aston Villa head coach Unai Emery praised his goalkeeper, Emiliano Martínez, following the team's 3-1 victory over Fulham on October 19 in the eighth round of the Premier League. Martínez played a key role in the win, saving a penalty during the match.
“Emiliano is fantastic and we needed the goalkeeper before, we needed him today and we will need him again. We have the best goalkeeper in the world, Emiliano Martínez. It means matches like today and moments like today with the penalty to be there to save us.” Emery told Aston Villa's official website.
The win leaves Aston Villa in fourth place with 17 points in the Premier League standings.
