Former Morocco international Barrada has passed away at the age of 35, reports Romano

Former Morocco national team midfielder Abdelaziz Barrada has passed away at the age of 35, as reported by insider Fabrizio Romano on social media.

The cause of the athlete's death remains unknown. Barrada played 26 matches for the national team, scoring four goals. He also participated in the 2012 London Olympics with the Moroccan Olympic team, scoring one goal in three matches.

At the club level, the Moroccan footballer was notable for his performances with Getafe and Marseille. His last club was French side Lusitanos Saint-Maur, which he left in 2021 without having played a single match.
