It became known how much Brest earned for two victories in the Champions League
On Tuesday, October 1, Brest defeated Salzburg (4:0) in the second round of the general stage of the Champions League.
Brest also picked up three points at the start of the European Cup campaign, defeating Sturm (2-1). According to RMC Sport, the French club will receive €4.2 million from UEFA for the two victories, which is about ten percent of Brest's annual budget (€48 million).
In the next Champions League match, Eric Roy's wards will host Bayer on October 23.
