Leicester City Set to Extend Contract with 37-Year-Old Vardy
Striker and captain Jamie Vardy is poised to sign a new contract with the English club.
According to journalist Ekrem Konur on social media, Leicester City’s management is keen to continue their collaboration with the player and aim to extend Vardy's contract until 2026. The player himself is also eager to remain with Leicester.
The 37-year-old Vardy has been with Leicester since 2012. The forward has made 469 appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring 192 goals and providing 66 assists. His current contract with the Foxes runs until June 30, 2025.
