Manchester United express regret over the sale of Mason Greenwood

Some members of Manchester United's management have expressed regret over last year's decision to sell the 22-year-old winger Mason Greenwood to Marseille, reports Give Me Sport. According to the source, certain "key figures" among the Red Devils' leadership believe that the English player has the potential for his transfer value to eventually reach around £100 million.

Despite this, Manchester United opted to part ways with Greenwood for £27 million, a move that has now led to the realization of missed financial opportunities.

This season, Greenwood has participated in six Ligue 1 matches, scoring five goals and providing one assist.
