Manchester United is considering Tuchel as a potential replacement for Ten Hag
Manchester United is currently in the process of finding a replacement for Erik ten Hag, with Thomas Tuchel being considered as one of the candidates for the role, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Back in the summer, when the club's management contemplated a change in head coach, the name of the German specialist was already in discussion. However, at this time, several other managers who are currently in positions at different clubs are also being considered, while Tuchel has been out of work since leaving Bayern Munich at the end of last season.
On Tuesday, October 8, Manchester United's management is scheduled to hold a meeting in London, where the current situation is expected to be discussed. Erik ten Hag has expressed hope that they will be able to address all concerns in the near future.
After seven rounds of the Premier League, United finds itself in 14th place in the table, having accumulated just eight points.
