Mourinho unhappy at Fenerbahce, eyes return to Premier League
Fenerbahce head coach José Mourinho is reportedly keen on a return to the English Premier League (EPL).
According to The Guardian, the Portuguese manager is dissatisfied with his position at the Turkish club. Mourinho believes that Newcastle United would be his best option if current manager Eddie Howe were to leave.
Sources indicate that Mourinho has already reached out to intermediaries to keep him informed of developments at Newcastle. In March, he had an informal meeting with Newcastle chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, and the two have remained in contact since.
