PlanetF1 Reveals Terms for Verstappen’s Early Contract Termination with Red Bull
PlanetF1 has disclosed the conditions under which 27-year-old Dutch driver and three-time Formula 1 champion Max Verstappen could terminate his contract with the Austrian team Red Bull.
According to the report, Verstappen could trigger an exit clause for the 2026 season if he ranks lower than third in the drivers’ standings for "most of" the upcoming season.
Ahead of the race weekend in Mexico, Verstappen dismissed the likelihood of joining any other Formula 1 team.
