PSG falls to Arsenal in the Champions League match
Paris Saint-Germain succumbed to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Arsenal in their second group stage match of the Champions League. The game was held at the Emirates Stadium in London.
For the Gunners, Kai Havertz (20') and Bukayo Saka (35') each found the net. Both goals were conceded by the French side following errors by goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
As a result of this match, Arsenal has accumulated four points and moved up to eighth place in the overall Champions League group stage standings. PSG, with three points, has slipped to 18th place.
Arsenal's next Champions League fixture is scheduled for October 22 against Shakhtar Donetsk, while PSG will host PSV on the same day.
