Rodri Not Informed of Winning Ballon d'Or – Relevo

28 October 2024 20:19

Manchester City midfielder Rodri has decided to attend the upcoming Ballon d'Or ceremony in Paris, arriving a week before the event, Relevo reports.

According to the source, Rodri has not received any official confirmation from the organizers that he will be awarded the Ballon d'Or. No assurances have been provided to him regarding the outcome. Earlier reports indicated that Real Madrid would not be represented at the ceremony in Paris, as the club has opted to boycott the event due to the decision not to award the trophy to their Brazilian winger, Vinícius Júnior.

The 2024 Ballon d'Or ceremony, honoring achievements from the past season, will take place today, 28 October 2024, at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris.
