Romano: "Rumors about the possible early retirement of Alaba are complete nonsense"

Renowned journalist and insider Fabrizio Romano has denied claims regarding the potential retirement of Real Madrid defender David Alaba due to health issues.

"Rumors about David possibly retiring early or having knee pain are complete nonsense. Recovery is on schedule, and Alaba is feeling better," Romano wrote on his social media.

Earlier, there were rumors that Alaba was considering ending his professional career due to wear on his joint cartilage. It was reported that David experienced pain after resuming training. Alaba's current contract with the Madrid club is valid until June 2026.
