Slot criticizes officiating after Liverpool's Premier League victory over Chelsea
Liverpool Manager Arne Slot has expressed dissatisfaction with the officiating in their 2-1 win against Chelsea during the eighth round of the English Premier League.
"The main decision that went against us was the penalty reversal after a VAR consultation. The game could have unfolded very differently if we had gone 2-0 up. Every decision in this match seemed to be against us," Slot told the BBC.
Despite the contentious refereeing, Liverpool gathered 21 points from the match and climbed to the top of the Premier League standings.
The Merseyside club is set to play their next Premier League fixture against London rivals Arsenal on October 27.
