Szczesny to begin full training with Barcelona on friday
Barcelona's goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has commenced individual training sessions at the club's facilities.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the 34-year-old goalkeeper is set to join full training with the Blaugrana's main squad on Friday.
The Catalan club's contract with the goalkeeper spans one year. Szczesny decided to end his career in August after departing Juventus, but he accepted an offer from Barcelona, who were left short-handed following Marc-André ter Stegen's severe injury.
Previously, media outlets reported that the player would need to compensate Juventus in the event of his move to Barcelona. Szczesny's contract with the Turin club had been set to run until the summer of 2025.
