"Team Lacks Identity": Gullit Criticizes Manchester United After Europa League Draw

Former Netherlands international Ruud Gullit has criticized Manchester United following their 1-1 draw with Twente in the Europa League group stage match.

"As a coach, you can't ignore when your team isn't performing well. Van Nistelrooy was frequently shown on the broadcast, clearly displeased. Even Casemiro was caught on camera. It was evident the game wasn't going well. Am I shocked by what I saw? No, because I see this every week. Twente played intelligently. But Manchester United lacks a distinctive style—there was nothing signature or recognizable," Gullit stated in an interview with the Daily Mail.

Manchester United's next Europa League match will be on October 3 against Porto.
