Yamal subjected to racist abuse during El Clásico against Real Madrid

Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal was subjected to racial abuse during the 11th round La Liga match against Real Madrid, which ended in a 4-0 victory for Barcelona.
According to Mundo Deportivo, fans of the Madrid club began to hurl racial slurs at the 17-year-old Yamal following his goal in the 77th minute of the match.
The report notes that a video capturing Real Madrid fans directing abusive chants at the player will be reviewed by the Anti-Violence Commission of the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
The Catalans ended a four-match winless streak in El Clásico. As a result of the encounter, Barcelona pulled six points clear of Real Madrid (24 points), leading the La Liga standings with 30 points.
