Visually, Starlight Princess is Gates of Olympus with a glossy twist: Zeus is replaced by an anime fairy with a magic wand, and Olympus gives way to pink clouds and a starry sky. The symbols are bright and shiny — lots of hearts, in particular. Everything sparkles like we’re stuck in the intro of an old anime.
When symbols land in a win, they slightly enlarge before vanishing — as if erased by a magic spell. Each time a multiplier appears, the princess waves her wand. Big win animations are the same as in Olympus — if you’ve played it, you’ll recognise them instantly.
🎶 Sound
When the reels are idle, you hear a looping retro beat trying hard to be cute. But start spinning, and you’re at an early-2000s disco: loud, bright, and after about ten minutes, you’ll want to mute it. Special Symbols

We hit the bonus on the seventh spin without using the ante — got x72 and naively thought that would be the norm. Nope. The next 150 spins — nothing: some hits, but no serious payouts. With the ante enabled, the bet rises, and there are more scatters, but often it feels like they just mess up potential clusters.
Buying the bonus is a gamble of its own. The first two gave us x43 and x67 — didn’t even cover half the cost. The third one made up for it: a x100 heart, a couple of lucky combos — boom, x236.
