They have already played one game in this tournament, beating Auckland City from New Zealand without any problems (3:0). Al-Ittihad were fully controlling the game. They could have scored even more, as they had a 3-0 lead after half-time.

This is actually a home game for Al-Ittihad as the tournament is held in Saudi Arabia and this game will kick off in Jeddah. The level of the teams is way too different. Home field of Jeddah will affect this match too. I guess it’s clear who’s the favourite. Besides, Al Ahly has been performing poorly recently. They have won only 1 out of the last 5 games, scoring just twice. Tough schedule that Al-Ittihad have had is the only problem.
