Lennox Lewis discussed how he would have won against Oleksandr Usyk in a hypothetical bout

Legendary boxer Lennox Lewis responded to a question about how a fight against unbeaten Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk would unfold.

«I would have to compare him to Evander Holyfield and I think he would have done very well. I don't think he would have lasted against me because I throw a mean uppercut in there and I noticed he gets caught with uppercuts so he wouldn't have been able to stand up to my uppercuts», told Lewis Boxing News.

A rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury for the WBA, WBC, and WBO heavyweight titles is scheduled for December 21.

At 59 years old, Lewis fought 44 bouts in professional boxing, recording 41 victories. He retired from his boxing career in 2003.
