The 2025/26 Champions League season started on 8 July 2025 and runs to the final on 30 May 2026 in Budapest.
The format replaced the old group stage. 36 clubs compete in a single league phase, each playing 8 matches against different opponents. The top 8 sides advance directly to the round of 16. Clubs finishing 9th to 24th enter a two-legged play-offs round. Teams finishing 25th or lower are eliminated.
After the play-offs, the competition continues as a standard knockout stage:
Each two-legged tie uses aggregate scoring. If the tie is level after 90 minutes in the second leg, extra time and penalties apply.
Champions League predictions are published as close to kick-off as possible — typically within 24 hours of the match, and sometimes on the same day.
The reason: later predictions use confirmed line-ups, last-minute team news, and any shift in odds that signals market movement. A tip written 48 hours before the match may not account for a key injury announced the day before.
Check this page again shortly before kick-off to see the most current picks for that matchday.
Champions League bet tips on Legalbet show more than just a selection. Each card includes the market, odds, bookmaker, author performance stats, and ROI — so you can judge the pick, not just copy it.

No. No prediction guarantees a result. Odds reflect probability, not certainty. Use tips as one input alongside your own assessment of form, team news, and context.
1X2, over/under goals, and BTTS are the most commonly used markets. Outright winner and top goalscorer attract longer-term interest, especially during the league phase.
As close to kick-off as possible, because that is when line-ups are confirmed, and the latest team news and injuries are reflected in the prediction.
Yes. Tips are published for all stages — play-offs, round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the final in Budapest on 30 May 2026.
A good prediction names a specific market and price, explains why the odds represent value, and accounts for form, home advantage, rotation risk, and the stage of the tournament — not just the team's name.
