Tsitsipas explains why he no longer works with his father

World No. 11 Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas commented on his decision to end his coaching relationship with his father, Apostolos.

“It was very challenging for both of us to maintain a natural father-son relationship over all these years. This was also one of the main reasons I decided to part ways with him as a coach,” Tsitsipas told Hola.

Tsitsipas's highest achievements in Grand Slam tournaments are reaching the finals of the Australian Open in 2024 and the French Open in 2021. On both occasions, he was defeated by Novak Djokovic.
