Simon Dalton presents his prediction for the Serie A match.
Juventus, now managed by Igor Tudor, remain in the hunt for a top-four finish. After an unconvincing win against Genoa, they head to face Roma, with whom they played out a draw in the reverse fixture earlier this season.
AS Roma
Roma had shown promising form. However, an injury to key forward Paulo Dybala has disrupted their rhythm. In his absence, the team scraped narrow victories against relegation-threatened sides Lecce and Cagliari Calcio. Losing their most creative presence in the final third — a player with nine goals this season — has significantly weakened their attacking edge.
Juventus
Juventus introduced several tactical adjustments in their first match, most notably a reinforced defence that limited Genoa to just 0.27 xG. While their attacking output has dipped, the overall quality within the squad is evident. The only goal came from an individual effort by Kenan Yıldız, and the rotation still features players like Dusan Vlahovic, Kolo Muani, Teun Koopmeiners, among others.
AS Roma vs Juventus Prediction
Injuries continue to plague Roma, further complicating their efforts to breach Juventus' resilient defence. With strong motivation and clinical execution, Juventus should be capable of returning from the capital with points.
