Spain

The side has confidently reached the 2024 UEFA Euro final. They won all group stage games to nil, becoming the only team to avoid conceding a goal in their group. Then Spain consequently beat Georgia (4:1), Germany (2:1 ET) and France (2:1) in the knockout stage. Spain have become the first side in the UEFA history to win all first 6 games in a European Championship. Besides, this is the top scoring team in this tournament with 13 goals. Spain have reached the European Championship finals on 4 occasions, winning 3 of them.

Robin Le Normand and Dani Carvajal are back to the squad after their disqualification is expired.

• Spain have won in regular time 11 out of the last 12 official games. Spain to win – 3/2
• Spain have scored the first goal in 10 out of their last 12 official games. Spain to score the first goal – 19/20
• At least 2 goals have been scored in regular time in 9 out of the last 11 European Championship games Spain have played. Over 1.5 – 1/2

England

England topped their group too but they only scored 2 goals, which is the worst result among the group leaders. In the knockout stage, England beat Slovakia (2:1 ET), Switzerland (1:1, 5:3 on penalties) and the Netherlands (2:1). England are the 4th team in the UEFA history to reach the final on the 2nd consecutive time.  However, they were defeated by Italy in the 2021 final (1:1, 2:3 on penalties). The English side hasn’t won a European Championship yet.

• A maximum of 2 goals have been scored in regular time in 7 out of the last 8 official games England have played. Under 2.5 – 1/2
• England have scored at least 1 goal in regular time in 10 out of their last 11 European Championship games. England Over 0.5 – 1/2
• England have scored exactly 1 goal in regular time in 6 out of their last 8 European Championship games. England to score exactly 1 goal – 13/10
• England have ended in 6 out of their last 8 European Championship games in a draw in regular time. Draw - 7/2

Spain – England Prediction

Neither of the sides has lost a 2024 European Championship game. However, only one of them remains unbeaten after the final whistle is blown here. I believe Spain are likely to win the title. Betting sites think so too. Spain deserve this status with their results and and the style they play in.

Spain confidently won their group, they beat Germany and France in the knockout stage, those sides were ranked higher in the betting options. They managed to beat France in the semi-finals, even playing without 3 key players. Spain are strong as a team. And they have players with cool individual skills. Spain have won their last two European Championship finals.

The path England have taken to reach the final has been more difficult. They hardly managed to go into extra time on 2 occasions. These are the things that don’t let them feel confident. Despite a huge potential, England weren’t bright. They’re unlikely to change in the final game. It’s not going to be an easy walk for Spain. The game may end beyond 90 minutes.

Our prediction is Spain to lift the trophy at 7/10 .
