Kucherov named first star of the match in Tampa's clash with Colorado
In today's NHL regular-season game, Tampa Bay Lightning's Russian forward Nikita Kucherov scored a goal and contributed two assists in their 5-2 victory over the Colorado Avalanche. Kucherov was named the first star of the match, while Jake Guentzel, also from Tampa, was awarded the second star for his two goals. The third star went to Colorado's defenseman Cale Makar, who registered a goal and an assist. Over ten games this season, the 31-year-old Kucherov has amassed 17 points, with nine goals and eight assists.
Tampa earned its third consecutive win, accumulating 14 points to secure the second spot in the Atlantic Division. The Lightning's next game will be an away match against the Minnesota Wild on November 2nd.
