Motta: "We didn't do what was necessary to beat Parma"
Juventus head coach Thiago Motta shared his thoughts on his team's performance in their Serie A round ten match against Parma.
The clash between the Bianconeri and the Crusaders was held on October 30 in Turin and ended in a 2-2 draw.
We need to be firm in our ideas and strive for more. Throughout the match, we should have maintained better balance when operating in the opponent's half. In terms of attacking, I expect more from all players. We could have performed much better in certain situations, while in others, we did well. We have to improve our finishing, maintain good organizational play, and work cohesively.
Technical errors are part of the game; we have very talented players who, on occasion, try to do too much and may make mistakes. Now we need to put this game behind us, recover, and focus on the next match in Udine," Motta said at the press conference.
Juventus currently sits in sixth place in the Serie A standings with 18 points, while Parma is in 13th with nine points.
In the next round, the Bianconeri will face Udinese away on November 2.
