Barry Hawkins is considered to be a disciplined and careful player who performs classical snooker. He never attacks aggressively without having a serious basis for it. He’s not been performing well in the last two months, looking weaker compared to the top players. Yes, he can win a hopeless game, but this is not a stable thing.
Mark Selby
Mark Selby has problems too. But in this case it’s due to personal reasons. He’s focused on his family more than on snooker. Discipline, concentration, and stability suffer because of this. Selby was eliminated from the Welsh Open by Aaron Hill (4:2). Anyway, Mark doesn’t refuse to participate in various tournaments.

They have played a lot of the head-to-head games. The results have been various. Considering the current state of both players, I don’t think that there will be a huge lead, eventually. I also don’t think that we’ll see more than 1 century break in this game.
