Birmingham City
The side beat Cardiff City in the previous round (1:0) in an away game. However, it adds little positive to the players as they’re still in the bottom half of the table. They have scored just once in the last three games. With such offensive efficiency Birmingham are unlikely to suppress Leicester. The away side scores almost two goals per game on average. Birmingham City have lost five out of the last five head-to-head games within the last 10 years.
Leicester City
In the first half of November the Foxes lost (0:1) to Leeds United and Middlesbrough. After that, however, Leicester managed to take 13 out of the possible 15 points. The season will last long enough, so the away side can’t be relaxed. The attacking actions have been built perfectly well in December as they have scored 9 goals in the last three games.
Birmingham City – Leicester City prediction
Leicester City are not going to stay in the Championship. They have 52 points after 21 rounds. If they win, they will be three points ahead of Ipswich Town. The Foxes have won 80% of their away games. Leicester City are very strong. They should beat Birmingham, even though it’s an away match.
