Cyprus
Cyprus have no chance to qualify for the 2024 UEFA Euro anymore. They have scored only twice and they’re last in goals conceded (25). In goal difference (-23), they’re only ahead of Liechtenstein (-24) and San Marino (-25). Only two games of Cyprus in this qualifying campaign didn’t see them suffering a heavy defeat.
Spain
Spain need to win as they’re leveled on points with Scotland two rounds before the end of the tournament. Spain have easily beaten outsiders during this qualifying tournament. After Luis de la Fuente was appointed their head coach, Spain have won 7 of their 8 games, scoring 21 goals and conceding only 4.
Cyprus vs Spain prediction
There’s a huge gap between these two teams. Spain have something to play for, while nothing matters for Cyprus. A big win of favourites is likely to happen. Besides, Yamal, Pedri and Gayá have recovered from their injuries. Spain beat Cyprus 6:0 in September.
It will be an easy walk for Spain. Just as it was in the first match.
