Jannik Sinner
Jannik Sinner beat everyone on his way to the semi-finals. On January 26 he managed to beat Novak Djokovic with a lead of 11 games. Even the third set, lost on a tie-break, didn’t break him. Sinner was perfect on his serve, not letting Novak Djokovic reach the break points. Jannik is mentally stable so he’ll be focused in the final.
Daniil Medvedev
His path to the final hasn’t been simple. He was losing 0-2 in the games with Ruusuvuori and Zverev, winning these games, though. He also managed to beat Robert Hurkacz in five sets only. The semi-final was very interesting. The first two sets were terrible for Medvedev. But he managed to come back, winning the third and fourth sets on tie-breaks. The fifth set was an easy one for Medvedev. However, Daniil wasted too many strengths. He will face Jannik Sinner in the final, a player who is very fast. Medvedev is unlikely to win the game, as he’s just exhausted.

Jannik Sinner has lost only one set on his way to the final. These players had three head-to-head matches at the end of the last year. Sinner beat Medvedev in the final of the tournaments in Beijing and Vienna and in the semi-finals of ATP final tournament. Sinner is in perfect form now. He has to win his first Grand Slam title.
