Mark Allen has already played 2 games in the main tournament. They seemed to be simple for him. The qualifying match seemed to be more difficult. Allen has played only against Chinese players so far. Judd Trump and Ronnie O’Sullivan don’t participate in this tournament, so Allen has many chances to win the trophy. This is why he will do his best to reach the final.
Robbie Williams
Robbie Williams used to be predictable, playing on an average level. But everything has changed recently. The results are stable now. Robbie doesn’t give up without fighting, winning at least 2 frames in every game. Robbie Williams is a very disciplined player, he’s rarely ready to risk. Of course, his skills are far from being on the same level as Allen’s. But Robbie can win a couple of frames.

Mark Allen is obviously the favourite. Statistics say that 16 out of the last 18 games that Allen has played have had over 5 frames. No matter which format has been implemented. The same is applied to 10 out of the last 11 games of Robbie Williams. Although, it hasn’t been like this in a few head-to-head games that Allen and Williams have had. They have a chance to improve these statistics.
