Novak Djokovic
Djokovic had some problems in the games against Prižmić (3-1) and Popyrin (3-1). There was no doubt that Novak would play better in the next rounds. He beat Etcheverry (3-0). Djokovic was perfect on his serve, making 10 aces, no double faults, 86% 1st serve win and 86% 2nd serve win. Djokovic will most likely face top opponents starting with quarter-finals. Adrian is very good now, but I doubt that Djokovic will face problems in this match.
Adrian Mannarino
The first two games in Melbourne lasted for three and a half hours each. The game versus Benjamin Shelton (3-2) was very long, the opponents played for almost five hours. Mannarino wasted too many strengths. Facing Djokovic is going to be a problem. The Serb has won all head-to-head matches with the aggregate score of 10-1.
Novak Djokovic – Adrian Mannarino prediction
Adrian Mannarino reached his best form at the age of 35. He gained three ATP titles last year, reaching the top 20 of the world ranking. This interesting player with weird technique has already reached the fourth round of the Australian Open, winning all his three games with the same score of 3-2.
I don’t believe that Mannarino will be able to win at least a set. Djokovic will easily win this match against the French, who is already tired.
