Hurricane Milton, which has struck Florida, has ripped the roof off the stadium of the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team.
Tropicana Field, located in St. Petersburg, has a seating capacity of over 25,000. In anticipation of the hurricane, the stadium was prepared with beds to accommodate residents in the event of an evacuation.
According to media reports, St. Petersburg witnessed three months' worth of rainfall in just a few hours. More than 1.5 million residents of the state are without electricity.
