Italian tennis sensation Jannik Sinner has become the fifth player since 2000 to achieve at least 14 victories against ATP top-10 ranked opponents within a calendar year.

Just recently, Sinner triumphed over American Taylor Fritz (6-4, 6-4) at the ATP Finals.

Prior to Sinner, only four players since 2000 have managed to clinch 14 or more wins against top-10 ranked players in a single year: Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, and Andy Murray.

This year, the top-10 ATP players whom Sinner has defeated include:

• Daniil Medvedev (Russia) — 4 times

• Andrey Rublev (Russia) — 2 times

• Novak Djokovic (Serbia) — 2 times

• Holger Rune (Denmark)

• Grigor Dimitrov (Bulgaria)

• Hubert Hurkacz (Poland)

• Alexander Zverev (Germany)

• Taylor Fritz (USA)

• Alex de Minaur (Australia)

In his final round-robin match at the ATP Finals, Jannik Sinner is set to face Russian Daniil Medvedev.
