Design and Theme
🖼️ Graphics
Slayers Inc relies on contrast: the background is drawn almost monochromatically — grey streets and masked figures, as if a comic book has come to life. Meanwhile, the reels glow with acid-coloured neon symbols. Wilds scorch the grid with a neon-yellow flash, and the VS symbols unfold full duel scenes. The atmosphere is openly aggressive.
🎶 Sound
The soundtrack here is harsh and pounds in sync with the visuals: heavy electronic beats and mechanical strikes emphasise reel movements. Wilds land with a gritty effect, and free spins are accompanied by tense synths, as if a club rave has collapsed into a street fight. The music doesn’t try to sit in the background — it presses and keeps you on edge, which fits perfectly with the overall cyberpunk chaos.

Special Symbols
- Wild (yellow letter W): substitutes for any symbols from the paytable. A standalone combination of 5 wilds pays x10.
- Scatter (FS text on a red background): activates the bonus games.
- Best of Bonus (shurikens with the text Best of Bonus): appears only in the base game. In combination with scatters, it activates an enhanced bonus version where three rounds are played in a row and the best result counts.
- VS: activates the Slayer DuelReels mechanic. Expands across the entire reel, turns it into a wild and adds a multiplier (x2–x500). If several VS symbols land, their multipliers are added together. Filling all 5 reels with them turns the whole grid wild. It also pays for a line of 5 symbols on its own — x10.
Bonus Game
To understand how to play Slayers Inc in the bonus modes, you need to know that the FS scatters trigger the features, and in some cases, the Best of Bonus symbol also participates. Each option awards 10 free spins, but the features differ:
- Rise of the Syndicate: activated by 3 FS scatters. The player receives 10 free spins with an increased chance of VS symbols appearing. A retrigger is possible: 2 FS add +2 spins, 3 FS add +4.
- Wild Slayers: activated by 4 FS scatters. The base game’s mechanics apply, but when VS appears, the Slicer feature may trigger — it fills an entire horizontal row with wilds. Retriggers work the same: 2 FS = +2 spins, 3 FS = +4.
- One Slayer to Slay Them All: activated by 5 FS scatters. In this mode, both DuelReels and Slicer trigger on every spin. New scatters do not appear here, so there is no retrigger.
- Best of Rise of the Syndicate: 3 FS + 1 Best of Bonus. The player receives three consecutive runs of Rise of the Syndicate, and the best result counts.
- Best of Wild Slayers: 4 FS + 1 Best of Bonus. The player receives three consecutive runs of Wild Slayers, and the best result counts.
- Best of One Slayer to Slay Them All: 5 FS + 1 Best of Bonus. The player receives three consecutive runs of One Slayer to Slay Them All, and the best result counts.
RTP, Volatility, Max Win
RTP is 96.28%. Volatility is very high. The maximum win is capped at x15,000 of the stake.
Our Verdict
In the base game of Slayers Inc, wins appear rarely, but the VS symbols can bring the grid to life and pull a combination together. In the bonuses, we tested Rise of the Syndicate and Wild Slayers: the first revolved around duels, while the second occasionally triggered wild rows via Slicer. Retriggering scatters helped extend the round, although the balance still often drifted into the negative.
In the second test, these same purchased modes delivered a solid profit (up to x1320 of the stake), whereas the Best of trio didn’t even pay back its cost in either run. On the other hand, the slot’s potential was clearly visible.
As for One Slayer to Slay Them All — it never triggered during the tests and remained theoretical.
If you want other options from Hacksaw Gaming, take a look at Chaos Crew 2 with its multiple bonus modes or Phoenix DuelReels, where multiplier duels are also the main focus.
