Design and Theme
🖼️ Graphics
In the base game, the familiar desert ruins of the Wild West return — sun-scorched cliffs, wrecked machinery, and that half-mechanical skull watching over the reels. It’s a dusty apocalypse powered by steam and scrap metal, polished to perfection in HD.
Once the Money Cart bonus starts, the scene shifts into total darkness: a smouldering wasteland under alien skies. Neon red circuits light the metal frame, and the reels turn into a laboratory of madness where multipliers spark and flare with every hit. The contrast between the sandy calm and the cyber-industrial chaos makes the slot look like two different worlds colliding.
🎶 Sound
The soundtrack hits like a freight train — metallic rattles, engine roars, and the rhythmic clank of gears keep the tension alive through every spin. The base game hums with mechanical ambience, somewhere between a mine and a war machine warming up (the same as in the Money Cart 2, btw). In the bonus, the noise intensifies: sparks hiss and every new multiplier lands with a sharp, industrial clang. It’s not music you hum, it’s a full-blown mechanical storm.

Special Symbols
To understand how to play Money Train 4, it’s enough to know that the slot builds everything around a dense network of feature symbols. Each of them behaves differently once the bonus starts, and their interactions define how far the round can go.
- Non-Winning Symbol: just an empty cell taking space — it does nothing.
- Bonus Symbol: shows a random value between x1 and x10 and helps trigger the Money Cart feature.
- Collector: gathers all visible symbol values on screen and adds them to itself.
- Persistent Collector: repeats the same collection after every spin, continuously boosting its total.
- Adjacent Collector: absorbs values from the eight surrounding symbols only.
- Persistent Adjacent Collector: repeats that same local collection after each spin.
- Payer: reveals a value and adds it to all other visible symbols.
- Persistent Payer: keeps repeating that value boost every spin but doesn’t pay itself.
- Adjacent Payer: adds its value only to the adjacent symbols.
- Persistent Adjacent Payer: repeats that boost each spin for neighbouring symbols.
- Sniper: doubles the value of 3–8 random symbols; can target the same one more than once.
- Persistent Sniper: repeats that doubling after every spin.
- Collector-Payer: picks 3–5 targets, collects their values, and redistributes the new total back to them.
- Persistent Collector-Payer: performs the same action each spin.
- Arms Dealer: converts 1–4 Bonus Symbols into random feature symbols.
- Persistent Arms Dealer: repeats conversions after every spin.
- Necromancer: revives 2–7 already-used feature symbols, bringing them back into play.
- Persistent Necromancer: performs the same resurrection at the end of each spin.
- Persistent Shapeshifter: changes form after every spin, becoming any feature symbol except itself.
- Unlocker: opens a locked row to expand the grid.
- Reset Plus: increases the starting spin counter by one (only once per round).
- Upgrader: turns 1–3 standard feature symbols into their Persistent versions.
Bonus Game
- Respin can activate at the end of any base spin. The most frequent symbol type on the reels becomes sticky while a re-spin begins. If more of the same symbol lands, they stick as well, and another spin follows. Multiplier icons may also appear. They don’t stick, but add an instant x-value and grant one more re-spin. The sequence continues until no new symbols appear.
- Money Cart Bonus Round starts when 3 or more Bonus symbols (or gold Persistent versions) land anywhere. The triggering symbols reveal their random x-values, and the player receives 3 spins. Each new symbol resets the spin counter back to 3. Persistent ones act before the first spin, immediately activating their effects. Filling an entire row unlocks a new one, up to four extra rows total. Each active symbol performs its ability after landing, chaining together effects until the bonus ends with a screen full of multipliers and chaos.
RTP, Volatility, Max Win
RTP — 96.10%. Volatility is high. The maximum win is capped at x150,000 times the bet.
Our Verdict
Money Train 4 feels like the series finally went fully unhinged — in a good way. The base game barely matters; it’s a warm-up before the bonus detonates into a storm of symbols, re-triggers and multipliers bouncing off each other.
The sheer number of features makes every round unpredictable — sometimes brilliant, sometimes brutal. It’s complex, noisy and absolutely relentless, but if you enjoy watching chaos slowly turn into order, this is the ride worth taking.
