Alcaraz: «I'll be giving my all in the match against Nadal»

Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz has shared his thoughts about the upcoming match against his compatriot, 22-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal, at the exhibition tournament «The Six Kings' Slam».

«I grew up watching his matches, and he has been and remains my idol. It's a pity that he's retiring. He is a very significant person in my life and career, as he inspired me to become a tennis player. Playing against him once more is a privilege, and I'm delighted about it. I'll strive to play excellent tennis and beat him. I'll be giving my all,» Alcaraz stated in an on-court interview.

Just recently, Alcaraz defeated Denmark's Holger Rune in a match at the «The Six Kings' Slam» exhibition tournament. The tournament is taking place from October 16 to 19 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
