Rafael Nadal responded to criticism for his cooperation with Saudi Arabia

22-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal has spoken out about public criticism of his association with Saudi Arabia.

«I support tourism in this country, without a doubt, because at the end of the day, bringing people here gives them the opportunity to see a different world that they have never seen in their lives. That's my point of view. After that, everyone will have their own opinion. As always, I try to accept criticism within the framework of respect», AS quoted Nadal as saying.

Nadal was one of the participants in an exhibition tournament called the Six Kings Slam, which was held in Riyadh. The Spaniard lost to Serbia's Novak Djokovic in the third place match.
