Raya Gave Rings to His Spain Teammates in Celebration of Euro Victory

David Raya's family has crafted rings to celebrate Spain's victory at Euro 2024.

The Spanish national team clinched the European Championship, defeating England 2-1 in the final. Raya, the goalkeeper for both the Spanish team and Arsenal, was inspired by the NBA tradition of awarding championship rings to players and decided to create similar rings for his teammates.

«My older brother was involved in this project, along with people who assisted him in the workshop. It is handcrafted; they were responsible for setting the diamonds and drawing them by hand. This is a unique ring. I come from a family of jewellers, and I have always dreamed of winning a title like the Euros and being able to reflect that in the form of a small trophy,» said David Raya Relevo.

The players have since received the rings, and defender Marc Cucurella appeared on the TV show La Revuelta, where he gifted one of the rings to Spanish comedian David Broncano.
