Al-Ittihad makes offer to Arsenal for Trossard

Al-Ittihad is looking to acquire Arsenal forward Leandro Trossard.

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the Saudi club is keen on signing a new winger before the transfer window in their country closes, and has offered the London club around €35 million for the Belgian. The decision now lies with Arsenal’s management, particularly considering that the 29-year-old forward is an important player for head coach Mikel Arteta.

The transfer window in Saudi Arabia will close on September 7.

Leandro Trossard joined Arsenal from Brighton in January last year. Last season, the winger scored 17 goals and provided two assists in 46 matches for the Gunners. In the current campaign, the forward has made three appearances and scored one goal.

Trossard's contract with the London club runs until the summer of 2026. Transfermarkt values the player at €35 million.
